One of my recent print projects was a case statement for Quad City Health Initiative (QCHI). This organization works to create a healthier community with an emphasis on encouraging collaboration. Some of their healthy initiatives include – Be Healthy QC, Tobacco Free QC, QCTrails, and many more.

With the wide variety of programs QCHI participates in as well as facilitates, board members and others wanted a purposeful print piece to be able to open the door for conversation about QCHI. This spurred the creation of a 4-page case statement and an editable Word document template that can be used as an insert when needed. The icons and pathway definitely turned out to be my favorite part of the project.
